How to cook chestnuts
- Boil Chestnuts in the water after wash for about 20-25 mins, wash with water and rest for 5 mins, cut in half and can scoop with small spoon. In this way, you don't need to cut the skin before cooking, and can enjoy more softer texture.
- After roasting or boiling, rest them for 5-10 mins (covered) and it will be ready to eat!
Chestnuts should be stored in the Kimchi fridge or fridge if you are not eating right away.
