Instruction
- Chop carrots, onions, and chives into 5cm pieces and tear mushrooms apart!
- Cook the glass noodles for 7 minutes, then drain. No need to rinse with cold water! Keep the heat at medium!
- Drizzle oil in the pan and stir-fry the veggies and noodles for 1 minute.
- Add 5 spoons of sauce and stir-fry for another minute, giving you a total of 10 minutes for japchae! (Don't forget the sesame oil brush!)
