Our ttoekgalbi is PURELY made from short rib BEEF that we make for marinated galbi, and trims from wagyu beef, striploin , oyster blade, and rib eye. We marinated them with homemade sauce and spring onion and make this delicious patty. Our famous meat quality guarantees the taste of the patty. Ideal for mini burger or served with vegetables and salad. (Only beef, no pork mixed)
