Tteokgalbi is a Korean dish made from beef ribs, where the meat is minced and pounded on the bone. The meat is then marinated in a sweet, salty, and savory sauce. The skewer will be grilled to give a sweet, chewy, juicy, and tender taste.
Our ttoekgalbi is PURELY made from short rib BEEF that we make for marinated galbi, and trims from wagyu beef, strip loin , oyster blade, and rib eye. We marinated them with homemade sauce and spring onion and make this delicious patty. Our famous meat quality guarantees the taste of the patty. Ideal for mini burger or served with vegetables and salad. (Only beef, no pork mixed)

신선한 재료를 직접 갈아서 키친에서 만든 소스로 맛을 낸 떡갈비 패티. 50그람의 적당한 작은 사이즈로 미니버거, 미트볼 라이스, 샐러드 등 활용도 높게 만들었습니다. 프라이팬에 중간불로 타지않게 잘 굽고, 나머지는 그릴로 오븐으로 마감하면 가장 맛있어요.
