Braised Beef (Short Ribs - Galbi Jjim)

갈비찜


A Traditional braised beef short ribs in rich sauce. The meat is tender and rich in flavor. Often served during traditional holidays and special occasions.  

소스와 모든 재료들을 잘 손질하여 인삼까지 올린 저희 서울레서피 갈비찜입니다. 생밤을 손으로 까서 준비하고, 제일 중요한 고기는 갈비중에서 최고급 부분만 육절기에 잘라서 준비합니다. 

싱싱한 생갈비를 이용해 수삼, 은행, 밤을 듬뿍넣고  천연곡물 시럽을 이용해 긴 시간 정성을 들여 고아낸 갈비찜입니다.


Ingredients:

Beef ribs, fresh chestnuts, gingko nuts and garnished with a slice of ginseng

Recommendation:

  • Mix the rich sauce with steamed rice and take a spoonful with a slice on cabbage kimchi on top
