Bad weather means Typhoon Signal No.8 or above or the black rainstorm signal is hoisted.

If bad weather is over by 11:00 am, we will do our best to deliver in the afternoon if the road conditions are safe to practice. Please kindly expect some delay and we will contact you before delivering your orders. 

If bad weather remains after 11:00 am, deliveries will be postponed to the next delivery day.

If you wish to change your delivery date afterwards, please Whatsapp/contact 9383 6989 (9am - 6pm).

Stair Charges: + $50 per floor

1. Redelivery Fee: If the customer doesn't present at the delivery address / pick up counter at the nominated delivery time or provided an incorrect address, a redelivery fee of $100 - $200 will be charged.

2. We cannot accept responsibility for goods left outside at the customer's request.

3. Some items CANNOT be picked up over the counter (i.e. toilet paper, kitchen towels, bleach etc.)

4. If we are unable to fulfil any of the products or services in your order, we will notify you by phone or email before delivery.

5. We may revise the above terms and conditions without prior notice. If any dispute arises, the company's determination shall be final.

6. We reserve the right to decline the delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion.
