Seoul Recipe has launched the reward points system to thank all our customers for the support received. This November, we have implemented Reward Points so that everyone can enjoy our online purchase with great benefits. It's simple, quick, and you only need to follow these steps below.

Once you redeem, you will be taken to a page that shows the coupon code with a button to "Apply Code" which, when selected, will automatically apply the code when you checkout.
Note that points which have been freshly earned through purchasing products will NOT be redeemable until your next purchase.

Where can I see my balance?
You can login and see your balance on the bottom right circle button of our site.
How does "refer a friend" work?
Share the Seoul Recipe website link with a friend who has not shopped with us before. When you refer a friend, they will get a $50 discount and you will get 5000 points in return when your friend makes a purchase.
How do I get points for posting on social media?
Post a photo of our products on your Instagram and tag @seoulrecipe.shop . Each post or story must last for 24 hours. Then we will contact you and send out your points.
What is the validity date for my rewards?
Your Reward Points will be valid for 180 days from the date of your last order. We will send you an email letting you know 10 days before your points are due to expire.
Are Points refundable?
No. Once points are redeemed, they are non-refundable.
