얼큰 우삼겹 한우대창전골 (2인분)
한우 대창과 우삼겹이 듬뿍 들어간 얼큰한 전골 입니다. 물만 넣어 끓이시면 되도록 모든 재료가 준비 되어 있어요. 냉장 해동 후 한우 대창과 우삼겹을 먼저 1-2분 살짝 볶아내 준후에 물 700ml를 추가하고 양념장과 채소를 모두 넣은후 잘 저어 주세요. 약 5분 강불로 끓이다가 중불로 줄인 후 5분을 더 뭉근히 끓여주시면 완성이에요. 우동사리 추가하시면 더욱 든든하고요!

Instructions
- Defrost at refrigerator for a night
- Put Korean intestine and beef belly to a pan and stir-fry them for 1-2 minutes
- Add 700ml water to stir-fried ingredient, then add the enclosed spicy intestine stew sauce and vegetables and stir it well. 4. Boil it under strong heat for about 5 minutes then turn to low heat for another 5 minutes
