Instructions

  1. Put about 900ml ~ 1L of water in a pot deep enough to submerge the skewer, add the sauce (bath water concentrate) and bring to a boil.
  2. When the broth boils, add the rice cake and fish cake skewers and cook for another 5 minutes.

    Tips: If you add green onion, red pepper, pepper, etc. to the broth, you can have a deeper umami taste.

  • Fish Cake Soup Sauce: Purified water, starch syrup, salt, Bonito soup stock, Hanakatsuo sauce GO, brewed soy sauce, complex seasoning food, glucose, molasses
