For more than 30 years of technique, Dadam uses bones from various beef and pork cuts and boil for 2 days to produce an iconic savory flavor. The fat is then removed from the soup 4 times for a clearer soup base. It is a low-calorie food with no MSG, Nitrium (Sodium), Cholesterol, and has as much protein as 1 pack of white milk.
