Dongbaekseom Raw Fish Restaurant, which was loved as much as the fresh sashimi in Busan, presenting the seafood dish with a 20-year history. They have used the special homemade clear soup sauce to make the stew dishes become more refreshing and tasty. It's perfect to have a hearty meal on a chilly day with plenty of soft-textured monkfish, bean sprouts and radish that are responsible for the neat taste.

Instructions

    1. Defrosting at refrigerator for a night or under the running water.
    2. Wash the monkfish and vegetables in running water.
    3. Put 700ml of water and thawed ingredients and sauce in the pot and stir them well.
    4. Boil it over high heat for about 5 more minutes and enjoy.

    • monkfish, radish, clear soup sauce, salt, garlic, dried bonito, bean sprouts, green onion, water parsley,  green chili, chili pepper

  • Please keep it frozen below 18 degrees Celsius.
