Nicely File Fish called Juipo is made out of filefish. It's sold on the street occasionally in the province, but it also used to be sold at most of the all-mountain paths as well. The thick texture of chewing is really good so that makes you don't want to stop eating.

you can taste savory and kind of sweet if you stir-fried on low heat in the frying pan!
