[SR exclusive] Kijang is the only company in the Kijang region of Busan to manufacture seaweed products. The Kelp Soup Pack is used when cooking soup broth. It gives out a good flavor but also it helps with dietary and lowering cholesterol.

Ingredients:
Korean Dried Kelp 

Recommendation:
  • As a Korean soup stock
  • Make a Korean Cold Kelp Salad (Miyeok Muchim)

Storage: Keep it in Room Temperature

Instruction:
Put 10cm x 10cm of Kelp into a 1L of cold water for 30 minutes to rest. Boil the water after 30 minutes till it is at boiling point, remove the kelp from the pot and boil for another 5 minutes and use it for broth.  

찬물 1L에 10cm x 10cm 정도 다시마를 넣어 30분 정도 담궈 줍니다. 물 그대로 끓여서 물이 끓기 시작하면 다시마를 건져내고 5분 정도 더 끓여 준 뒤 요리 육수에 활용하세요.
