생크림빵은 빵집에서 흔하게 찾아볼 수 있지만, 좀처럼 맛있는 제품을 찾기가 힘들죠.
그렇지만 신선한 동물성 생크림이 20.9%나 함유된 뺑드모엘로의 우유 생크림빵을 먹고 나면 그런 생각이 바뀌실 거예요.
부드러운 빵 안에 고소하면서도 달달한 생크림 필링을 듬뿍 넣어 맛있게 만들었어요. 상온에서 1-2시간 충분히 해동해 드셔도 맛있지만, 30분 정도만 해동하여 아이스크림처럼 시원하게 먹어도 정말 맛있을 거예요.

Room Temperature Defrosting
Defrost the cream castella at room temperature for 30 minutes to enjoy it like cool ice cream or defrost it for 1~2 hours to enjoy it as soft whipped cream castella. 

Air-fryer
1. Remove the wrapper and put it in the freezer.
2.  Air-fry at 180 degrees for 2 minutes on the top and 1 minute on the bottom to enjoy it like a crispy and cool ice cream when
