How to cook?
1. Boil 1liter of water, add 1 serving of buckwheat noodle once it is boiled, and cook for 4 minutes.
2. Drain hot water in a strainer, rinse cooked buckwheat noodles in cold water for 2~3times, drain cold water and squeeze the excess water out of noodles. Then move the noodles to a bowl.
3. Add Perilla oil and Dark soy sauce, mix it well.
4. Sprinkle seaweed powder topping all over buckwheat noodles.
5. Rub the roasted sesame pouch in between hands to bring the flavor out, then sprinkle all over.
