로제 떡볶이를 먹다보면 느끼함에 물릴 때가 많은데요, 석관동 로제 떡볶이는 다르다는 걸 느낄 수 있을 거예요.

황금 배율 조합의 소스로 느끼한 맛을 줄이고 감칠맛을 더했어요. 

더불어 한 번에 누들 밀떡과 치즈 밀떡, 두 종류의 떡을 넣어 식감에 재미를 더했어요.

입 안 가득 채우는 떡과 어묵, 소스의 조화에 놀라지 마세요.

비엔나 소시지나 당면 사리를 추가해서 먹어도 아주 맛있답니다.

 

Instruction:

1. Defrosting frozen rice cake
Rinse the frozen rice cake in cold water and defrost it.

2. 100 ml of milk + 100 ml of water (recommended!)
Add noodle rice cake, cheese wheat cake, fish cake, and rose sauce to 100ml of milk + 100ml of water and bring to a boil, stirring over high heat.
(It's okay to cook with only 200ml of water.)

3. Cook for 4-5 minutes
Cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes until the soup become thick.
