궁중 떡볶이
One of the most popular Korean street food made with small-sized Rice cake, Tteokbokki, and Korean Chilli paste. Soy Sauce Teokbokki uses soy sauce for the base instead of the spicy chilli paste. The rice cake is stir-fried with soy sauce, fishcake, boiled eggs, and onions.
간장 양념으로 해서 맵지 않아 누구나 먹을 수 있는 궁중 떡볶이입니다. 소고기와 버섯 등 야채를 넣어 맛이 고급 스러워서 궁중에까지 전해졌다는 유래가 있습니다.
