Pork Knuckle - Jokbal
A Korean dish consisting of Pig's trotters (Knuckle) seared with soy sauce, spicy sauce and spices. Pork knuckles are boiled in the Central Kitchen till all the odors are removed and then it is cooked again with the ingredients to help soak all the sauces into the meat.

- Best served with vegetables and ssam paste
Storage: Keep in the fridge for 2 days but best to be consumed upon arrival
Re-heat for 1-2 minutes if you would like to have the pork knuckle hot.
