얼큰 샤브 칼국수 전골

 

Simple steps to make the perfect spicy Shabushabu at home! Even you are weak at eating spicy food still can enjoy this mildly spicy dish. After tasting the original flavour of the hot pot, try it with kalguksu(chopped noodles). You can add some meats, vegetables or dumplings as you want. Strongly recommended to try this finisher fried rice: leave some soup at the end, then add rice, minced vegetables and egg to stir fry it. After pressing it flat, let it slightly steam and enjoy!

• 簡單幾個步驟,安坐家中即可享用香辣爽口的牛肉刀削麵火鍋

• 一包含有薄切牛肩肉、韓國產蔬菜(菇,杏鮑菇,油菜,白菜)、及彈牙的刀削麵

• 可跟據個人喜好追加不同配料,例如餃子或蔬菜

• 強烈建議進食到尾聲時可以試試製作韓式炒飯:在鍋中預留少許湯汁,加上白飯、蔬菜粒及雞蛋翻炒,最後將其鋪平,稍為再炆熟一會兒就可以開動啦!


Instruction

  • Defrost for 5 to 6 hours in a fridge or in a runny water
  • Boil the thawed hotpot in a pot first
  • When the soup starts to boil, add chopped noodles and cook for 5-6 minutes
