[Tavern 38] Ragu Pasta with Fresh Noodle

[태번38] 생면라구파스타 (1인분)

Chef Ko Byung-wook of Tavern 38 made the lagu pasta with perfectly thick sauce with tomatoes, meat, and various vegetables. It's made of Ddalattele Saint Pasta noodles made with 100% Italian durum wheat.

Cooking Instructions
1. Boil thawed pasta noodles in 1 liter of boiling water for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
2. Put the thawed sauce in a frying pan, add 50ml of noodle water and pasta noodles, stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
3. Put it in a bowl and sprinkle cheese according to your preference to enjoy it.


태번 38의 고병욱 셰프가 토마토와 고기, 그리고 각종 야채를 곁들여 오랜 시간 정성으로 뭉근하게 끓여낸 라구 파스타입니다. 100% 이태리 듀럼밀 만을 사용한 딸리아뗄레 생파스타 면으로 만들었습니다.

조리법
1. 해동된 면을 끓는 물 1리터에 1분 30초 삶아 주세요.
2. 해동된 소스를 프라이팬에 넣고 면수 50ml와 삶은 파스타면을 넣고 약3분간 잘 저어가며 볶아주세요.
3.그릇에 예쁘게 담아 기호에 따라 치즈를 뿌려드시면 더욱 맛있게 즐길 수 있습니다.
