The fish products of the “Ready-to-cook” series have been processed so we recommend that you wash them thoroughly in water after thawing and use them for cooking. In the case of ribbonfish, it is an unsalted product with the thorns not removed so if you want to grill it, you must season it yourself.
This ribbonfish product is said to taste better simmered than grilled so please try it braised!
