This injeolmi has two flavors, one is the original flavor that is white soybean sediment and the other one is red bean mixed with soybean sediment. In the middle both have mugwort sticky rice cake using Korean domestic ingredients. Chewy, aromatic and savory rice cake covered with soft sediment is the perfect tea-time dessert with sweet Korean traditional tea such as rice punch(Sikhye) or cinnamon ginger punch(Sugeonggwa) or any other herbal tea.
