Delivery time is randomly between 11 am - 8 pm, actual time may vary depending on the traffic. If a specific delivery time is required, please refer to the fixed time charge.

If free parking lot is not available, customer is required to pick up from the ground level or else a parking surcharge of up to $200 will be applied. We are not responsible for any parking charges. 

* No delivery service for Lok Ma Chau, Outlying Islands, and Lantau Island (exclude Chek Lap Kok & Asia World Expo).
* You MUST meet the required MOQ after discount to get the free delivery service.

⏰ Fixed Time Preparation & Delivery Request

Best applies to lunchboxes & catering or any cooked food orders to have the food prepared before delivery and arrived with a good serving condition.

You must Whatsapp 9383 6989 (Mon - Sat 9 am - 6 pm) FIRST for time requests & details! Time slot is 30mins increments ( e.g.: 11:30 - 12 pm / 12 - 12:30 pm) on a first come, first served basis.

Party Set A, B, C & Boat Party Set: Fixed Time Preparation Charge is included, you don't need to pay extra when you check out.

⚠️ If the customer provided an incorrect address or doesn't present at the delivery address at the nominated delivery time, a redelivery fee $200 will be charged.

⚠️ Location without lift and requires stairs between levels extra + $50 per floor will be charged. ( 💬 Please leave a prior notice on the cart page, charges are to be paid in cash directly to the driver once the items are delivered)

⚠️ For food safety reasons, cooked foods are recommended to be consumed within 2 hours upon arrival.
