🏠 Standard Free Delivery
Delivery time is randomly between 11 am - 8 pm, actual time may vary depending on traffic. If a specific delivery time is required, please refer to the fixed time charge.
If free parking lot is not available, customer is required to pick up from the ground level or else a parking surcharge of up to $200 will be applied. We are not responsible for any parking charges.

⏰ Fixed Time Preparation & Delivery Request
Best applies to lunchboxes & catering or any cooked food orders to have the food prepared before delivery and arrived in a good serving condition.
You must Whatsapp 9383 6989 (Mon - Sat 9 am - 6 pm) FIRST for time requests & details! Time slot is 30mins increments ( e.g.: 11:30 - 12 pm / 12 - 12:30 pm) on a first come, first served basis.

Party Set A, B, C & Seasonal Party Set: Fixed Time Preparation Charge is included, you don't need to pay extra when you check out.

⚠️ If you cancel your order, cancellation fee applies (see charge details >).
⚠️ If the customer provided an incorrect address or doesn't present at the delivery address at the nominated delivery time, a redelivery fee $200 will be charged.
⚠️ Some fixed time orders may be delivered by GoGoVan for roadside pickup. You will be informed in advance and before arrival by call / WhatsApp. GoGoVan will charge overtime waiting fee (after 5 minutes of arrival), which is billed directly to you when it occurs. We are not responsible for any overtime charges.
⚠️ Location without lift and requires stairs between levels extra + $50 per floor will be charged. ( 💬 Please leave a prior notice on the cart page, charges are to be paid in cash directly to the driver once the items are delivered)
🖐🏻 Pick Up
Pick up is only available in Seoul Recipe Deli between 15:00 - 20:00 at G/F, 70 Queen's Rd East, Wan Chai, when your order is ready to pick up, we will contact you.
⚡☔ Bad Weather Arrangement ⛈️
Bad weather means Typhoon Signal No.8 or Black Rainstorm Warning or above is hoisted.
Standard Delivery & Pick Up:
If bad weather is over by 11:00 am, we will do our best to deliver in the afternoon if the road conditions are safe to practice. Please kindly expect some delay and we will contact you before delivering your orders.
If bad weather remains after 11:00 am, deliveries will be postponed to the next delivery day.
Fixed Time Preparation & Catering Orders:
NO refund will be given and you may:

Contact us 1 day or more in advanced and get confirmation from our team to hold full credit and reschedule within 1 month.
- On the same day of delivery: You may change a delivery address (if road conditions are safe to practice, but some delays may occur) or cancel without refund.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- You MUST notify us and confirm by our customer service team on WhatsApp (+852 9383 6989) before delivery. Cancellation fee applies and NO full refund will be given.
Cancellation made:
• 2 days or more in advance of the delivery date will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
• 1 day before will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• On the same date of delivery NO refund will be given. - Due to uncontrollable weather conditions, you can hold full credit and reschedule for delivery within 1 month. No refund will be provided.
- If the items you receive have quality issues, please Whatsapp 9383 6989 with your order no. and photos of your item within 7 days upon receipt.
- Items cannot be returned/refunded for non-quality reasons.
Others:

- For food safety reasons, cooked foods are recommended to be consumed within 2 hours upon arrival.
- If parking is not allowed, customers may have to assist.
- We are not responsible for goods left outside at the customer's request.
- If we are unable to fulfill any of the products or services in your order, we will notify you by phone or email before delivery.
- We may revise the above terms and conditions without prior notice. If any dispute arises, the company's determination shall be final.
- We reserve the right to decline the delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion.
