Instruction
- Pour 800ml of boiling water into a pot and add the noodles and toppings. Let it boil on low heat for 3 minutes.
- Strain the noodles and wash with cold water before draining and placing in a bowl.
- (Mild Soup) Pour in 260ml of Dongchimi Mulnaengmyeon broth mixed with cold water. For an extra refreshing kick, add some ice and mix it in!
- (Spicy Pasta) Put the aged bibim paste on top of the noodles and mix well. Serve with cucumber slices, etc. according to your preference.
