Instructions

Cooking in a pot (per serving)

1. Add buckwheat noodles to boiling water and boil for 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
2. Rinse the noodles in cold water and drain as much water as possible. (Rinse until the starch is completely removed)
3. Put the noodles in a bowl, sprinkle 1 pack of gourmet soy sauce, 1 pack of thick perilla oil, and dried seaweed powder and mix well.
   
   * Adjust soy sauce and seaweed powder to suit your taste.
