Sanbang SikDang Jeju-style Cold Wheat Noodles are crafted with 50 years of know-how and tradition. Enjoy the deep flavor of acclaimed anchovy broth and seasoning sauce in a luxurious and refreshing bowl of Milnaengmyeon made with carefully kneaded and pulled wheat noodles.

Instructions

  1. Thaw under running water (within 1 hour) or refrigerate and thaw one day in advance.

  2. Boil the raw noodles in 1,500ml of boiling water for 4 minutes and wash well to remove as much moisture as possible.

  3. Place the boiled noodles in a bowl, add the thawed broth (cold enough not to contain thin ice), pickled radish, and seasoning sauce, and enjoy.
