Cheongmyeongju is a premium traditional liquor made by a modern reinterpretation of the brewing method of Cheongmyeongju in the Seonghosaseol, which was drunk on Cheongmyeongil during the 24th season. It is made by fermenting alcohol made of Hyangmi-guk with glutinous rice and green beans 8:2 at low temperatures for 60 days and aging for 30 days. From the first scent, delicate fruits such as plums, green fruits, and green grapes spread blandly. If you take a sip, you will feel the clear acidity, sweetness, and bitter taste of Cheongmyeongju.

청명주는 24절기 가운데 청명일에 마시던 유서 깊은 절기주로서 성호사설에 실려있는 청명주 양조법을 현대적으로 재해석하여 빚은 프리미엄 전통주입니다. 찹쌀과 녹두를 8:2로 띄운 향미주국으로 빚은 술을 60일간 저온 발효하고 30일간 숙성하여 만들었습니다. 첫 향부터 자두와 청사과, 청포도 등의 섬세한 과실향이 싱그럽게 번집니다. 한 모금 머금으면 도한 청명주 특유의 맑은 산미와 단맛, 그리고 쌉싸래한 감칠맛이 입안 가득 은은하게 내려앉습니다.
