Here is a sweet and spicy boneless Dak-bokkeum-tang (Korean Braised Chicken Stew) made with boneless Korean chicken meat!
This dish includes green onion, potatoes, and joraengi-tteok (rice cakes), and contains only boneless meat, with no fat or bones.
Cooking is easy: Just thaw before cooking, pour the ingredients and water into a pot, and bring it to a boil!
This spicy and savory stew is perfect as a satisfying meal with rice or as a great drinking snack (anju). It tastes even better when you prepare cheese, instant ramen noodles, or fried rice to eat with it!
한국산 닭 정육으로 만든 달콤매콤 순살 닭볶음탕입니다! 대파, 감자, 조랭이떡과 비계와 뼈없이 순살만 들어있어요! 조리 전 해동 후 재료와 물을 냄비에 붓고 끓이면 끝! 매콤 칼칼한 닭볶음탕으로 밥이랑도, 안주로도 제격입니다. 치즈, 라면사리와 볶음밥까지 준비해 함께 먹으면 더 맛있어요!
How to Cook?
Put the fully defrosted package into a pot and add 600ml water. And close the lid, boil it until the meat is done (20-25mins at the high heat).
Tip. Put the cheese, noodles together! after eating, fry white rice at left soup!
요리 방법
냄비에 충분히 해동한 내용물과 약 600ml의 물을 넣어서 냄비 뚜껑을 닫은채로 20-25분 가량 닭이 완전히 익을 때까지 조리해주세요. 야채, 치즈와 떡사리는 기호에 맞게 추가해 드셔보세요.
