The Best Korean Beef 

With excellent marbling and great beefy flavors, many experts believe Korean Hanwoo to be a great choice that sits in-between the Japanese Wagyu and the American Black Angus.

The striploin, known as "chaekkeut" in Korean, comes from the back part of the cow near the sirloin. It contains more lean meat with a moderate amount of fat marbling. This cut is characterized by its unique, slightly crunchy and chewy texture when bitten, along with rich juice and a strong beef aroma.

As great as they are in traditional Korean dishes, the 1++ Hanwoo are just as great grilled on a hot pan then sprinkled with salt. The melt-in-the-mouth beef will be a great addition to any meal.
