How to Enjoy Ilpyeon Tteokssim Deliciously
STEP 1
Wash the frozen rice cakes with cold water to thaw, then prepare.
STEP 2
Pour 2 paper cups (350 ml) of water into the pan and bring to a boil.
STEP 3
When the water starts boiling, add all the ingredients and boil until the rice cakes become soft and chewy (about 5 minutes).
STEP 3 (additional option)
Depending on your preference, add glass noodles, eggs, cheese, etc. While cooking, it will become more delicious and you can enjoy a richer tteokbokki.
