These are the pork ribs galbi made by Samwon Garden, a famous Korean restaurant. They are of excellent quality and hand-trimmed using only Korean pork ribs. With double-sided sheaths, the soy sauce boiled with fruits is well seasoned. Enjoy!

한식 명가 삼원가든에서 만든 첫선 돼지갈비입니다. 한국 돼지갈비만 사용하여 고기 품질이 우수하고 수작업으로 손질하였습니다. 양면 칼집으로 과일 양념이 잘 베이도록 했어요. 맛있게 구워 드세요! 

Cooking instructions :

1. Defrost

2. Shake the pack so that it's seasoned and grill the ribs first without the soup 

3. Grill the front and back well, then add the remaining seasoning to your liking
