북어국

 

Dried pollock is a rich source of proteins and amino acids and is known to have detoxifying and soothing effects. This explains why "Bukeoguk" is very popular as a hangover remedy in Korea. The unique flavor of the dried fish makes the soup very flavorful but not fishy.

잘게 찢은 북어채와 가득 넣어 시원함을 더한 대파와 무와 한국산 멸치를 사용한 멸치육수까지 더해 팔팔 끓여내어깊고 진한 국물 맛을 느끼실  있어요거기다 계란까지 풀어내어 영양과 풍미까지 완벽하게 만들었습니다.

취향에 따라 후추나 고춧가루를 살짝 뿌려드시면 됩니다.
