Ingredients:
(Tonkatsu Pork Cutlet) Pork tenderloin, flour, egg, bread crumbs, milk, tomato paste, soy sauce, oysten sauce, sugar 
**allergen: Pork, wheat, sesame, egg

(Buckwheat Cold Noodles) Buckwheat, wheat flour, spring onion (10g), wasabi (20g), radish (20g), salt, soy sauce

**allergen: Wheat, buckwheat, soybean

Cooking Instruction:
(Retro Pork Cutlet - Frozen)
1. After thawing at room temperature for 1 hour, add enough oil until the cutlet is submerged or half submerged in a frying pan. 
2. Fry for 9-10 mins on both sides at medium heat. Or air fry for 5mins at 180℃.

상온에서 1시간 해동한 후, 프라이팬에 기름을 충분히 둘러 9-10분 가량 양면을 바삭 튀기거나 에어프라이어에 180℃로 5분 가열 후 섭취해주세요.


(Buckwheat Cold Noodles)
1. Boil the noodles in 4 mins and rinse with cold water
2. Toss the noodles into the soy sauce broth and chill out with some ice. Season it up with wasabi, green onion, and radish according to your taste buds.

Storage:
Keep it in the fridge for maximum 2 days. Best to be consumed on the day of the delivery
