갈비찜


A Traditional braised beef short ribs in rich sauce. The meat is tender and rich in flavor. Often served during traditional holidays and special occasions.

직접 손으로 깐 알밤과 수삼, 은행을 듬뿍 넣고 천연곡물 조청을 이용해 직접 만든 특별 양념으로 긴 시간 정성들여 고아냈어요.
 
가장 중요한 갈비는 최고급 고기를 직접 선별하고 손질하여 준비했습니다.

Ingredients:

Beef ribs, fresh chestnuts, gingko nuts and garnished with a slice of ginseng

Recommendation:

  • Mix the rich sauce with steamed rice and take a spoonful with a slice on cabbage kimchi on top
