This 3-Type Set of Korean Black & White Mushrooms is the Emperor of Mushrooms. Baekhwago is a unique variety, available only during early spring and naturally cultivated. Heukhwago is harvested twice annually in spring and autumn; it is white if grown in sunlight, and black under dew. Gyeongseong Shiitake Mushroom is a third-generation family business, cultivating the mushroom with 150m of natural bedrock water at Mt. Gaya in Seongju-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do. 70 years of accumulated technology yields high-quality mushrooms grown solely on pure oak wood.

백화고는 이른 봄에만 생산되며, 자연 재배만 가능하므로 귀한 만큼 맛과 효능도 뛰어납니다.  흑화고는 일년 중 봄과 가을 두번 수확을 합니다. 햇빛을 100% 보고 자라면 백화고가 되고 이슬을 많이 먹고 자라면 흑화고가 됩니다. 
경성표고버섯은 3대째 가업을 이어온 표고버섯 명장의 장인 표고버섯입니다.
경북 성주군 가야산 자락의 대지에서 150미터 천연 암반수로 깨끗하게 키웁니다. 70년에 걸친 축적된 기술로 고품질 표고버섯을 생산 중인 경성 표고 버섯의 통버섯은 순수참나무 원목에서만 재배하는 버섯으로 버섯 밀도가 높고 단단하고, 참나무 버섯이 원목 표고 중 으뜸입니다.
