옥광밤은 동글동글한 모양에, 당도가 높고 고소한 맛이 일품이라 밤을 좋아하시는 분들은 꼭 찾아 드신다고 하는 귀한 밤이에요. 

How to cook chestnuts

  • Rosting : prepare your chestnuts (clean well and cut the skin (in the middle of the round side) to prevent popping in the oven or air fryer), roast in the oven (200'C) for around 20-25 minds and airfry for 25-30 mins. Cooking time for the chestnuts depends on the size of them, you can adjust roasting time by yourself and you will find the perfect way to enjoy Ok-Kwang chestnuts. 
  • you can also boil them in the water after wash for about 20-25 mins, wash with water and rest for 5 mins, cut in half and can scoop with small spoon. In this way, you don't need to cur the skin before cooking, and will enjoy more softer texture. 
  • After roasting or boiling, rest them for 5-10 mins (covered) and it will be ready to be eaten! 

 

달콤 고소한 옥광 밤, 군밤으로 맛있게 먹는 방법!

- 물에 깨끗하게 씻은 밤을 소금물에 1시간 정도 담궈주세요. 나중에 껍질을 벗길 때 수월하답니다.

- 오븐이나 에어프라이어 조리 중 터지는 것을 방지하기 위해 윗면에 칼집을 내 주세요.

- 200도로 예열된 오븐에 20-25분 (중간에 한번 섞어 주세요), 에어 프라이어에 25-30 분 익혀주면 완성!

- 밤의 사이즈에 따라 조리시간이 달라질 수 있으니, 중간중간 확인도 필수!

- 밤이 다 익으면 꺼내어 10분 정도 수건을 덮은 채로 식히신 후에 맛있게 드셔주세요:)


바로 먹어도 맛있는 햇밤이지만, 김치냉장고에서 후숙도 가능하니, 보관은 김치냉장고에서 해주세요!
