Using Busan premium kelp harvested from pure ocean waters, plus the addition of Korean sea salt, tomatoes, yuzu, onion, garlic, and green onion, this soy sauce creates an extra-rich, umami flavor for stir-fries, stews, and sauces. Fresh tomatoes from Korea give a unique flavor profile, adding pleasant umami without requiring additional seasoning.

Korean-sourced ingredients such as green onions, onions, garlic, ginger, kelp, anchovies, and yuzu offer a deep, flavorful taste. Free of MSG and preservatives, this soy sauce is safe for consumption by children. Meanwhile, non-GMO soybeans are used to produce a natural 4,400-hour fermented and aged soy sauce base. With a Total Nitrogen Index of 1.3% or more, it is an excellent quality soy sauce with a strong aroma and full flavor.
