Just follow the simple steps and you can make the 30-year-old traditional recipe of Dongdaemun specialty Dakhanmari (Korean whole chicken soup) Alley at home!
Instructions
- Defrost at refrigerator for a night or under the running water.
- Rinse the thawed chicken under running water and blanch in boiling water for 3 minutes, then discard the water.
- Put 800ml of water in a hot pot, add the enclosed chicken broth, vegetables, and parboiled chicken, then cover the lid, and cook on a steel bowl for about 20 minutes.
- When the chicken is properly cooked, dip it in the spicy dipping sauce and enjoy. Lastly, add noodles and boil it for about 5 minutes.
