 Terms & Conditions

1. Horse LNY Set will only be available for orders until 12 Feb 2026, 3:59 pm on seoulrecipe.com.
2. Delivery is only available from 07 Feb to 20 Feb 2026, 7pm.
3. Normal delivery is avaliable for most areas in Kowloon, Central and Western District, Wan Chai District and Eastern District. (*Other areas include but not limited to The Peak, Tseung Kwan O, Sai Kung, Discovery Bay, Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Repulse Bay, and Stanley, an extra fixed time delivery fee $200 - $280 will be charged, please WhatsApp 9383 6989 for more details).
4. Delivery time starts from Mon - Sun 11:30 am - 7 pm. (If earlier than 11:30 am, an extra $300-$500 is charged).
5. Fixed time delivery fee is included, you can reserve a fixed delivery time slot (30 mins increment: e.g. 12:00 - 12:30 PM)
6. if needed via WhatsApp 9383 6989. Slot availability is on a first come first served basis and will only be secured once the payment is settled.
7. Customers are required to pick up from the lobby or ground level when the delivery address doesn’t include any free parking spot. We are not responsible for any parking charges.
8. In the event of supply difficulties, or with discontinued products, we reserve the right to offer alternative goods or packaging of equal quality and value.
9. Only cutlery and tissue will be provided. (NO plates or bowls will be provided).
10. The food should be kept in a cool and dry area and be consumed within 2 hours upon delivery.
11. Delivery will be suspended if the black rain signal / typhoon signal No.8 or above is hoisted.
12. In case of any dispute, the decision of Seoul Recipe shall be final.
