As great as they are in traditional Korean dishes, the 1++ Hanwoo are just as great grilled on a hot pan then sprinkled with salt. The melt-in-the-mouth beef will be a great addition to any meal. Oyster Blade is very popular in Korea for its rich flavor. We sliced them well to get the best cut. The Oyster Blade is a muscle that sits just below the shoulder blade. Roasting this cut whole allows the connective tissue to melt into the meat, resulting in a flavourful and tender roast. We also prepared Wine & Butter Herb Salt For Steak, so enjoy it together.
