The braised pork neck with fermented kimchi is a very delicious and savory dish that goes with steamed white rice. It is very hearty, meaty, spicy and very addictive. Kimchi lovers will definitely love this dish due to the tenderness and slight crispiness.  

100% 한국 고랭지 배추로 시원하게 만들어 오랜 시간  숙성시킨 묵은지와 고소한 돼지 목살을 함께  삶아내어 살코기는 더욱 더 부드럽게~ 김치는 더 진하게~ 

한번 먹으면 멈출 수 없는 맵싹한 맛이 살아있는 목살 묵은지 김치찜입니다:)

저희 묵은지는 서울레서피가 직접 만듭니다.

Ingredients:
100% Korean Napa Cabbage Kimchi, Pork neck, onion, chilli paste, sugar, sesame oil, black pepper

Features: Napa Cabbage is imported straight from Korea

Recommendation:
  • Served with steamed rice

Portion: 3-4 people 

Storage:
Keep it refrigerated for minimum of 2-3 days. Best to be consumed on the day of delivery.

Instruction:
Eat it with steam rice. Can also mix the sauce with rice and add fried egg on top.
