Located in Gagok-myeon, Danyang, Chungcheongbuk-do, Dokkaebi Brewery is a high-quality makgeolli made using only 100% Uirimji rice produced in Jecheon, Chungcheongbuk-do. It is a premium makgeolli that is used as clear and clean water from Danyang, and you can feel the deep taste and aroma as you age using our wheat yeast. It does not use any artificial additives such as sugar or aspartame, and it is a hangover-free handmade makgeolli that maximizes the natural sweetness of rice.
With two alcohols of 7 and 9 degrees, 7 degrees allows you to feel melon and vanilla, light and soft0000, and 9 degrees allows you to feel moderate sweetness, a little thick, and the scent of pear hovering on the tip of your tongue.
충북 단양 가곡면에 위치한 도깨비 양조장은 충북 제천에서 생산 되는 의림지 쌀만 100% 사용하여 만든 고급 막걸리입니다. 단양의 맑고 깨끗한 물로 사용하여 우리 밀 누룩을 사용해 숙성할수록 깊은 맛과 향을 느낄 수 있는 프리미엄 막걸리입니다. 설탕이나 아스파탐 등 인공 첨가물을 일체 사용하지 않았으며 쌀의 천연 단맛을 최대한 살려낸 숙취가 없는 수제 막걸리입니다.
7도와 9도의 두가지 알코올 함유량으로 7도는 메론향과 바닐라향, 가볍고 부드러운 목넘김을 느끼실 수 있으며, 9도는 적당한 단맛과 조금은 걸쭉한 느낌, 혀끝에 맴도는 배의 향기를 느끼실 수 있습니다.
