A Traditional braised beef ox tail stew in rich sauce. The meat is tender and rich in flavor. Whole piece of Korean ginseng is added. 

소스와 모든 재료들을 잘 손질하여 인삼까지 올린 저희 서울레서피 특별 꼬리찜 입니다. 생밤을 손으로 까서 준비하고, 제일 중요한 꼬리는 호주산 최고급 부분만 육절기에 잘라서 준비합니다. 
한국인삼, 은행, 밤을 듬뿍넣고  천연곡물 시럽을 이용해 긴 시간 정성을 들여 고아낸 갈비찜입니다.
