The pleasure of eating lean meat on thick bones is a special charm of Gamjatang.

Introducing the hearty 'Pork Bone Potato Soup', generously filled with pork and dried vegetable leaves. Depending on your personal preference, you can add perilla powder to make it more savory, or add green onion and Cheongyang pepper to make it spicy.

Instruction:
1. Remove the plastic wrap from the thawed Gamjatang and put it in a pot.
2. Cover with a lid and bring to a boil over high heat.
3. When it starts to boil, mix well so that the bones are submerged in the broth.
4. Eat with green onion, sesame leaves, etc. according to your taste.
