Ingredients
  • Rice cake: Soybean-containing (manufactured in manufacturing facilities such as walnuts, peaches, peanuts, milk, wheat, eggs, sulfur acids, pine nuts, and pork)
  • Fish cake: Soybean-containing (manufactured in manufacturing facilities such as those using crabs, milk, peanuts, wheat, shrimp, beef, shellfish (oyster) and tomatoes)
  • Sauce: Soybean, wheat, beef, milk (algae, buckwheat, peanut, mackerel, crab, shrimp, pork, peach, tomato, sulfur acids, walnut, chicken, squid, shellfish (including oysters, abalone and mussels) and pine nuts

Instruction

1. Pour 300mL of water into a pot and add the tteokbokki rice cake that has been rinsed once in water and bring to a boil while stirring.
2. When the rice cake is cooked to a certain extent, cut the fish cake and bring it to a boil together.
3. Boil it a little bit, add the tteokbokki sauce, and stir it evenly so that it doesn't burn.
4. Boil it for 2-3 minutes so it's done.

Tip. Apple tteokbokki can be enjoyed most deliciously when using only the enclosed ingredients. Adding ingredients can weaken the taste of the seasoning, so just add spring onions and boiled eggs.
