1) Cut sea whelk into small pieces. Cut 1 cucumber, 1/2 onion, 1/2 green onion into bit-sized pieces.
2) Make the sauce with 2 spoons of the soup of the canned sea whelk, 2 spoons of red chili powder, 2 spoons of vinegar, 2 spoons of sugar, 2 spoons of soy sauce and 1 spoon of sesame oil.
3) Put all ingredients and sauce into a bowl and mix them well.
